According to your screenshot, Windows error message indicate that your camera has power problem.Screenshot_20211205-083649_Samsung Members_52495_1638718609.jpg

I have tried most if not all the available solutions and the only solution that did the job was the one suggested by XDA's MioDev It solved my problem, I do not know how this device works, but the only solution was to follow this guide : http://forum.xda-developers.com/motorola-galaxy-s-ii-m8-t3003239

In particular :
Back up your data on your PC
Turn off your device
Power off your device
Remove the sim card and remove battery for 30 seconds
Reinsert battery and reinsert sim card
Power on your device
Install the software and follow the instructions
Try your camera and you should see your pictures
If not, try again, and try again until it works

You should not need to perform anything else, it should just work when you have done step 6, maybe the battery does not hold the charge when doing step 6, I really do not know, anyway if this is not working then you should contact the XDA moderators or the official XDA forum you are registered on

Have you tried to update the firmware? I've recently bought a X8 and after few days of messing around, I found that a simple Firmware Update was enough to fix almost every issue. Check this link if you're using GSM model, XDA for CDMA (I think this applies to your model as well), then you can go into Settings -> System -> About -> Firmware update, apply and wait few minutes.

Another tip: If you don't know what you're doing with your device, I would recommend to try the stock ROM or try to get hold of a compatible bootloader and build one from there. Once you've done this, you won't have any more issues, no matter if the build you download from the manufacturer is an incomplete or a custom ROM build.

Cheers!
