I bought a book 3 ultra right when they became available.
After a few months the sound quit and i sent it in for repair. When I recieved it back the screen hinge was broken (but the sound was working). After much back and forth, the hinge was fixed .
Now after the waranty has expired, i have no sound again and the screen hinge is broken again. It is gently used, it has never left my desk and I only closed the screen at the end of each day.... Is there any way to fix it? or is it just e-waste now?

Please try the below steps to address the issues.
Address the sound issue. Drivers Check: Open Device Manager (right-click the Start button). Expand Sound, video and game controllers and check for any issues. Right-click your audio device and select Update driver.
Windows Troubleshooter: Go to Settings > System > Sound > Troubleshoot under the output device.
External Audio Test: Plug in headphones or an external speaker. If sound works via an external device, the internal speakers or connections might be faulty.
To fix the screen hinge issue, please get it examined by the Samsung Authorized service technician. So that, they will check the device and help you to fix the issue.
