My new Samsung galaxy book pro stuck at the welcome screen after restarting. How do I hard restart/turn off the laptop? I tried to hold down the finger scan button for a while but the screen just flash for a second and nothing happened, I’m still stuck at the welcome screen
I don't have a Samsung galaxy book pro but on most computers if they get stuck like that you can just hold down on the power on off button untill they shut down and then start them normally again after they shut down
