On the S23Ultra it is super easy to do a very cool Hyperlapse without Star Trails. Ideally you need a dark sky with no ambient light or moonlight.
Step 1: Open the Camera App.
Step 2: Select More and then select Hyperlapse
Step 3: Select UHD (Ultra-high resolution)
Step 4: Select recording speed to 300x
Step 5: Make sure the Star Trails symbol is set to white.
Step 6: Put phone on a tripod or in a super steady position (propped up against something, even inside a shoe, haha)
Step 7: Press the Shutter and start recording.
Ideally you need to record a few hours of the night sky to get 30 secs of Hyperlapse video. I often plug in a power pack just so I know the camera will stay on for 7+ hours.
