How to remove this circle sign

Looks like you have the volume set to off, or do not disturb.

Press UP on the Volume Button & Check that you don't have Do Not Disturb turned on.

I think that circle sign means you have no network

As your battery down to 23%, this could be power saving turned off your cellular signal, or if you are out of city, you will have no cellular service or signal. Also your damaged SIM card could causing this problem too.

Yeah I was wondering about it being "no network", but I've never seen it before, so I Googled "Status Bar Circle Icon with a Line through it". 

But I'm not sure?

It means you don't have service in that area
