Is there any way to use 120hz with power saving mode. I use to do it on one ui 3.0 but it doesn't work anymore through bixby routines since I have one ui 4.0. any workaround?

Hi aacash, does it happen only while using Bixby routines? However, I suggest you to perform wipe cache partition and get back to us with the results.

Turn off the device.

Press and hold the volume up button and press and hold the on/off button.

When the Android logo is displayed, release all keys ("Installing system update" is displayed before displaying the Android system recovery menu options).

Press the volume down key repeatedly to highlight "wipe cache partition".

Press the Power key to select. Press the Volume Down button to highlight "Yes" and press the Power button to select.

When the wiping of the cache partition is completed, "Reboot System Now" is highlighted.

Press the Power button to reboot the device.

Wish I could help you more. I'm also in Canada using Note 20 Ultra 5G Unlocked 🔓. The only differences I can think of is that I have never used/activated Bixby. Also, I had the power saving mode ON with 120hz prior to updating to Android 12 One UI 4
