Galaxy NoteFrom Canada, but are you in Canada with Telus?
Check in Settings > Connections > Mobile Network > Network Mode to see if it's set to "5G / LTE.."?
If it's not Click on the Network Mode to change it to 5G/LTE..
Either that or your location isn't getting 5G from Telus, ie: If you're in the boonies.

Galaxy NoteThere are 3 (sometimes 4) things you need to access 5G:
1. Your plan needs to have 5G-enabled (it is not implicit).
2. Your phone needs to have 5G enabled, and have the correct 5G bands/frequencies.
3. You might need a new SIM card.
4. You need to be in an area with 5G coverage. I have seen little pockets in the middle of 5G coverage areas with only LTE.
