Hello everyone, I just update my Note 20 ultra 5G to ON UI 4(android 12) I had a good surprise , finally in Canada we have now E-SIM enabled for the first time that I'm aware of. THANKS ONE UI4

Yup I bought a prepaid e sim from lucky mobile to try it and works amazing!

Too bad that in Samsung's "infinite wisdom", eSIM isn't enabled on Note 20 Ultra cousin, the S20 Ultra..

Really wonder about Samsung's decision making process.. 🙄

Especially since the S20 series was announced with eSIM hardware support...unless the Canadian variant was deliberately neutered during production. Maybe the noise that was created post-launch made them rethink crippling the Note 20 hardware.
