Since Android 12 upgrade, the performance seems lagging. I tried the following tips and seems faster like before. Try if you want.

1 . Enable Developer mode

- Go to Settings → About phone → Software Information

- Continuos clicking the Kernel Version until Developer mode enabled

2. Go back to Settings, Scroll down to bottom and Developer mode will be there.

3. Look for Animation scale and Transition animation scale

4. Turn both off

Now, the phone should be more smooth then before.

Hope this help 😄

To be specific, it's actually Click on the Build Number exactly 7 times to enable Dev Options.

For Flagship Devices, there really shouldn't be any need to touch the Animation Scales.

There's Custom Roms with Samsung's Note 5 running Android 11, so if that relatively ancient hardware can run Android 11, any high end Samsung device should have no problems with One UI V4.0 (Android 12).

If some people are feeling that their device is lagging, I'd Factory Reset.. That alone can make the world of difference.

Yes, normally no need to to touch the Animation scales; however, this is personal preference. This bring back the fast response to me.
