Is it Rooted?

It was a very simple device to Root, and still is. You could also quite easily Flash a Custom Recovery & Custom Rom, if that's of any interest to you.

Off hand, Factory Reset or use Odin to Flash the stock Samsung Firmware with Odin.

It looks like just some really weird font that the phone is changed to.
If you can't change it back factory reset after back up should do it

This just looks like a custom font. Notice that every letter always looks exactly the same. When you have diagrammatical marks, there are instances when they are used and when they are not.

I would recommend just changing the font to see if the letters return to "normal."

Hi Andrewer, we request you to follow the below steps and see if it works.

Open Apps >> settings >> Language and Input >> Language, please try to change the language and check it.

It's English, so if anything the other two people who said it was the Font are most probably right.

Changing the Language won't change the Font.

Yea it's a font not language. If you deleted any folders in the root file it may have corrupted the font portion of the UI. If you haven't, try seeing if there are any updates pending and run a memory or cache scan.
