I have been using note10plus for a month and the worst thing is that pixel got android 10 ,oneplus got android 10 still the expensive phone under samsung is in lack of android 10 why foes it happen?
I think when you purchase a New phone some reading of the fine print should be done. never has Samsung stated they owe you immediate software upgrades, or any for that matter. we just assume owning a new phone grants us speedy updates. as many users have said before me, if updates are your top priority then Google pixel should be your first purchase. other then that, patience.
