Hello. I just inherited a Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet, Model # GT-N8013, with Android Version 4.1.2. Can I add updates to this table?

Doing a quick search it looks like your device has the last Android Version available on that device already

Yes, as said by Ray1 The Galaxy Note 10.1 model GT-N8013 runs on Android 4.1.2, which was the official last update for this tablet.

Unfortunately, there are no official updates beyond this version.
