Galaxy Note 10+ upgrade?

I bought my phone brsnd new unblocked from Samsung thru MDG Computers Canada, awhile back now but have never received an Android update since I first received it. I'm with Roger's Ca, but is my understanding that unless I purchased it from them (despite using their services), that its no longer up to them to upgrade it as this is the first one I've purchased from somebody other than Roger's. 

So how do I get the Android 13 upgrade? Cheers all & thanks.

The Note 10+ was only upgraded to One UI V4.0

It was released in August of 2019. 

In Settings > About Phone what is the model number, ie: SM-xxxxx? 

It may not even be a Canadian, or even a North American device.

Hi Oldbroad, to our best knowledge, Android 13 is not available for the Galaxy Note10 series. The last major software update for the Galaxy Note10 series was Android 12, and since then the series has only received security updates.

I loved my Note 10 plus but had to trade it on a new phone due to lack of updates.

I love my Galaxy NoteX phones too. Since they are discontinued, I have to upgrade to S2xU, which has a pen that I am used to using.
