Finally got the update!

But now my phone says the usb is wet.
Tried androidSystem and usbSettings force kill and cache wipe but it doesn't work. I also tried cleaning with a pin, air, dryer but nope. That's a 48h wait for that thing to work.

Anyway, if someone have an idea instead of paying $120 or opening the phone myself to change the port ($8) 😁

Live in Montreal so the heat in the summer, winter hot + cold might have killed my usb port. This phone never went into water...

maxfootball18: good, but I don't think you'll have To change the port.

It's good to hear that your USB port is working. However, you can also visit any nearest Samsung authorized service centers so that the technician will examine the phone to determine the root cause of the issue.

I still can't use a usb using the converter. I can charge now but i'm afraid the post has something. Is there any cost related to visiting a samsung authorized service?

Yes, there will be a diagnosis fee, If the phone is out of warranty, you would be charged for the service.
If the phone is still under warranty and the technician determines that it is caused due to physical and liquid damages then you would be charged for the service.
