yup they're is a big issue, Samsung has yet to address this

I'd recommend sending an error report regarding your issue, the more reports and data we receive, the better we're able to provide solutions.
To report issues about your device:
- Go to Settings > Contact Us > Error reports.
Select "Send the system log data" to send a system log to help us resolve your issue more accurately.
