There's so many app lock apps out there! I paid for a fingerprint lock but the fingerprint won't work. The password and swipe part of it does though. Curious what is a good one to use? Doesn't matter what's used to unlock, just want a reliable app. Can't say I'm very impressed with the company that made the app I bought, they have completely ignored my emails. That's enough to take my business elsewhere.
If you're looking for apps on the Play Store - Look to see how many downloads (usually the more the better - but not always - lots of gullible people) it has & read the reviews - Some people will also look for the country of origin - Google the app's name & see if there's more useful information about it - Some app developers have a bad reputation - ie: Cheetah mobile & Go apps - Avoid them! 🐧
Avoid apps from devs who offer more than one Applock app, or apps with "Pro", "2018" , "201x" in their name. Their apps are ad-filled trash that doesn't implement proper app lock (you can easily circumvent them)
