Russia and the rest of Europe run the Exynos variant (Exynos is Samsung's own chip) so that's probably why they get updates before North America 🐧

There's CSB3 for the Note9. So the Feb patch for our models does exist

Sorry Google, but there's no other firmware for the S9. Latest is still CSAA, AKA Pie from February 7th
