April 1, 2019 Security update

After I got my update a week ago on my Galaxy note 9, I was no longer able to customize the Navigation bar. Change colors and add shortcuts is no longer available... Not happy at all! Unless someone knows how...?

Use Samsung's Good Lock 2019 and download the NavStar module. Those features are unavailable in stock Pie so those modules are your only option
