Bixby acting up (again)

Probably this is one of the millionth complaints sent by Bixby users, but I do have a problem with it. I set the quick command but it always say "I can't do that please retry" (as attached). I have my internet on and actually what I'm asking was very basic: turn off mobile data and turn on WiFi.

I believe the launch of Bixby 2.0 will fix ALOT of bugs with Bixby service now, just have to be patient, like how we were, when we were first waiting for Bixby.
I am sure everyone remembers that time, but Samsung kept its promise, and we all got Bixby, we all loved it. sure there are a few bugs and I am confident in Samsung, that they will address these issues, and resolve them in time :)

Hey @bett3r, I am sorry to hear your experience with Bixby. Our team is working now to fixed the number of bugs that has been reported so far. To help us diagnose more efficiently, could you please submit an error log when Bixby gives error again? From the Samsung Members application, tap the “Feedback” icon. Tap the Pen icon and then submit an “Error report”. Thanks!
