Bluetooth paired devices disapear after a reboot, but one stays

Note 9 international varient. All stock firmware except patched for root. No changes to how OneUI works or anything.

As the title says, my bluetooth mouse remians in the paired device list after a reboot, but everything else gets forgotten. This is really annoying having to reconnect everything again. This problem is not common, but it is enough for there to be around 4 results appearing front page when searching about it. This is not an issue for me with only the earbuds I connect to regularly, but for people with watches, BT keyboard and mouse... This is really not great.

I tried this solution but unfortunately did not work, I'll submit an issue in their Github perhaps

Funny the wearables widget still says buds 3 pro, but clicking on it just initiates the search for devices
