Galaxy Note
Hey super new here,if this isn't the place to post, I apologize. But I was wondering I just bought a note 9 and had the phone less than 12 hours. I'm currently trying to pair my bluetooth headphones( pioneer iron men) to my note and it will not find them.when I search. I had no issues with connecting them to my s7 edge. Am I doing something wrong?? I hold them on top of the phone, turn on the headphones and instantly turn on the scan.
Again if this isn't where I should be posting this I'm sorry. Very first post.

Sometimes this works: Settings➡️More connections settings ➡️Nearby device scanning. Sometimes even a good ol restart helps too.

Hey @mazdamike,
Sorry to hear that you're having Bluetooth issues! Have you tried holding the power button on the headphones for more than 7 seconds? Other than that, @Samesung's recommendation to try a hard reset on your phone may work as well.
If that doesn't work, try going to Settings > Backup and restart > Reset network settings to clear your Bluetooth cache (sometimes downloaded apps can interfere with the connection).
Cheers,
Sabrina
