Call & Message Continuity is missing on the Note 10 +, WHY?

I just update my Tab S4 and I was happy to get Call & Message Continuity on it after the update . So i tried to get my message on my tablet and I realise there is NO Call & Message continuity on my Note 10+ like you have on your S10.

Samsung, tell me WHY ?

old sim card that cant do it maybe maybe a provider limitations

its there for me, in advanced settings..Bell...N10+...old sim

Thanks a lot , it was there but with a different name than on my Tab S4. Now, it should works on both devices. I really appreciate more and more my first phone and don't understand why i didn't buy one sooner in my life.
