Call background

Hello, I have a Note 10+ and recently when I receive a call, my phone rings, but the screen is black. It does not show the call. I don't know what could have happened for this. Does anyone know how to fix this ? Thx

It will ring but the call background won't pop out.

It is solved, I was just explaining cause before this didn't happen when in DND. Thx
