call blocking

when I click on a number I want to block the "details" option does not come up. How can I resolve this?

so you only see "Call" "Message" or "Video Call"
no option for "details"?

no. my only option is to delete it.

Are you looking at these numbers from within Contacts or from the phone dialer screen under Recents?

If you want to block a number in your contacts, locate the contact, click details, then press the 3 dots (menu top right corner) and you should see the option to Block contact.

From the Recents call screen you should be able to select the number (that's not in your contacts) , then click details, you should be able to see the option to Block or press the 3 dots and you should see it there.

Keep in mind that i'm using a Samsung S8+, but I'm sure it would be the same method.

A thousand thank yous... it worked! I thought I did what the tutorial said but obviously missed a step. I really appreciate your help!
