Ever since Pie this feature randomly disables itself for no reason. I though it was on reboot but it didn't seem to be from reboots so I haven't figured out what causes it to disable itself but it's really annoying as I like this feature and comes in handy at times.
So an update, phone crashed today (no idea why) and noticed caller ID and spam protection was off again. I manually rebooted and it turned off again this time so it's odd it didn't turn off on manual reboots before but is now.
Ok so no reboot for 3 days, was fine yesterday and now today it was disabled again. I can't figure out what's causing it to randomly disable. Sometimes it's on reboot and sometimes it's not (some reboots and it's fine and like today it just randomly was off). Thought maybe wifi calling was the issue so that's been disabled the last 3 days.
FFS Samsung fix this! I'm on the current June 1 patch that came out a few days ago and hoped that would fix it but it clearly hasn't. It's really annoying Samsung!
Congratulations to you, I'm ex-military and loved what I did so what's your point? Both points though have nothing to do with this thread and I'm reporting a bug/issue with a feature that I use.
With the money we all spend on these devices I think I/we are within right to report issues (and voice displeasure when they don't even acknowledge it) and hope to see it resolved. If I pay for a product and/or service it should work as intended or eventually be corrected and I don't think that is too much to ask.
Would you pay for a service then only get half of what you paid for and be fine with it? Not likely so tha k's for your comment but it's not contributing to this topic and issue so why even say it?
