Can't move files out of Secure Folder

I can't move files out of the secure folder. It says "Security policy restricts this action".

Any idea? Thanks.

What kind of a file are you trying to move out of secure folder?

video file. It's only 45mbs.

I don't have any problem transferring them out of secure folder. Go to gallery press and hold file you wish to transfer. Select move out of secure folder from option on top right corner.

I have tried that as well. I get the same message. So it's an error on my device specifically then. Or a rogue setting somewhere.

Resetting secure folder can help but you will lose all data that's inside secure folder

A reinstall seemed to have fixed it. Strange. Wonder how safe it is to use this, in the event of a future glitch your files may be unrecoverable.

Did you sync your Samsung Cloud with the secure folder? You should try to desactivate that while you move the file.
