It happens really too often. And my Incognito mode is not even activated. Every time it happens, I restart the phone and then it works. But there should be another way?

Ok, next time I'll try to close every apps in the back ground except the one I'm trying to do a screenshot. Never thought of that. Thanks!

you can't take a screenshot in application like google private mode or Samsung pay or everything that can affect your security / or screenshot your informations

98% of the time ok trying to take a screenshot, it's in the Facebook app.
