Hey anyone have any suggestions where to start to get rid of software for compromised accounts? It seems to be following me onto all my devices somehow, rooting itself somewhere and taking control of everything.

Factory Reset & change all your passwords & Enable 2 Step verification.

There are many trad-off of features such as auto sharing/auto snych between devices, and the benefits are convenient from some degree point of view, but the side effects are also visible, such as you are experiencing. Better turning off those features on all your devices.
As @RedDogRabbit suggested, change PWs and turn on 2 Steps Verification for all of your accounts.

I did that on all my devices preformed a hard reset it says no command and I'm just having the same issues over and over again the Mobil clinic says I have to get ahold of the anti fraud people and go straight to Samsung but I don't have a dealership near me
