Could not receive or send MMS when connected to Wi-Fi

Just got a brand new Note 10+ but I have a problem with Multimedia messages on Samsung messaging app. 

Mobile data is always turned on on my device.

When I'm connected to Wi-Fi, I can't receive or send any MMS. When I turn off Wi-Fi, it works just fine. What's the problem?
