Does anyone know how to restore samsung notes if they werent synced?

It was factory resetted due to charging problem, i restored some samsung notes but cant find other half of the notes?

As mentioned by Tallman, If you don't have backup and notes are not synchronized and as you have performed factory data reset to your device. Then it cannot be recovered, unfortunately.
