Dolby Atmos toggle turned off automatically once for a while

Anyone having the same issue here? It started recently with no reason on my note 9 with pie running. Any idea about what triggered that?

problem solved. it will be turned off while gaming.

you need to enable Dolby atmos for gaming for it to remain on
