Drop Down Arrow not working

it is just my phone or a bug on this samsung member app? i tried to join their customer service contest thing but when i click on province drop down arrow is not working. can't enter my entry. then i tried to go to livechat but there is another drop down arrow and it doesnt work too. tried to do it in landscape mode same thing happens. anyone also experiencing this problem?
