Does anyone knows how to activate the Edge Feeds (we had it on Note7 when the screen was off) on the Note8? I've been trying to swipe up and down, left and right, down and up & right to left no success 😠😡
It's a feature that has been sadly removed 😢 I did some looking into it when I got an S8+ and then again with my Note 8 and from some Reddit posts the users who have spoken to Samsung have stated the response was that because these displays are considered "Infinity Displays" and not "Edge Displays" the edge feeds aren't a feature another reason is that the fall off on the Note 8 and S8 aren't harsh enough to have the edge feeds display properly. It's quite sad, they said that it "may" come back but who knows, I really hope it Does, loved that feature on the Note 7
I hope they bring it back ASAP Jonathan34. can't believe they removed it and keep the Edge Screen option which includes only the Edge Panel and the Edge light. doesn't make sense to me. why didn't they rename them as infinity lighting, Infinity Panel and Infinity Screen from the option menu under Display? I believe they where too focus on reviving the Note7 and forgot to add that killer Edge Feeds feature
