I tried with Samsung and Google and I thought no power so I took it off of my products and trusted devices and locked it. Now my old number is my new phone number. old phone is still listed in able to backup and restore. I know it hasn't been used and am guessing it's in Delta lost and found in Scottsdale AZ. They were no help. I know it's just a Note II, but if I get a phone number that it can access could I have a chance?

If it's off or if the battery is dead or removed - Nope.
You'd only be able (maybe) to track it is when it gets powered on...
