Galaxy NoteSettings - About Phone - Software information & Click on the Build number 7 times & then you can enable USB Debugging on your device...
Depending on what you want to do - You also need the Samsung USB Drivers I installed on the computer...

Galaxy NoteYea I never see that screen. It does nothing. It will charge but my PC doesnt even see it. I have tried it on another pc and same thing. I confirmed I have the appropriate cord but nothing.

Galaxy Notehave your phone unplugged from pc, in dev options revoke, then just for kicks reboot both.... plug in with debugging enabled and screen ON. Give it a few seconds... no touching... anything?

Do you know about adb? powershell... grab adb 15 second installer from XDA
