g8 note wont showup on pc

I am struggleing to get my PC to recognize my galaxy note 8.  It wont work on ther pcs and i have confirmed the cable

Do you have Developer Options enabled?

Settings - About Phone - Software information & Click on the Build number 7 times & then you can enable USB Debugging on your device...

Depending on what you want to do - You also need the Samsung USB Drivers I installed on the computer...

make sure you've got your screen on so you can accept a pop-up on your phone as well.

Yea I never see that screen.  It does nothing.  It will charge but my PC doesnt even see it.  I have tried it on another pc and same thing.  I confirmed I have the appropriate cord but nothing.

try revoking usb debugging authorizations.
have your phone unplugged from pc, in dev options revoke, then just for kicks reboot both.... plug in with debugging enabled and screen ON. Give it a few seconds... no touching... anything?

yeah ok. Try going in dev options and see if there's an option to revoke.
don't be plugged in doing it.
Do you know about adb? powershell... grab adb 15 second installer from XDA

if you still are not getting anything, grab an app in the playstore called settings database editor. you won't be able to do anything, nor should you, but in the app under global table, what is the value of adb enabled?
