I have the same issue. I have a Galaxy S10+. I am using the message+ app with the Samsung keyboard. When I hit the GIF button this is the message I get "Can't use GIFs because it's not compatible with the latest version of Samsung Keyboard. "

When I switch to google keyboard the GIFs work just fine in Message+.

Hi Magma299,

Perform a soft reset by holding the power key and volume down together until the phone restarts.
Once the phone restarted, try open WhatsApp to send a gif. Will Samsung keyboard ask you to install a collector for the keyboard?
