grey windows

Messages appear state converting group messages etc....(inside a grey window) will not fade out for 2 or three minutes, I did a factory reset, this brought the fade timeout by about a minute or two, but still annoying.

the software notifications stay on too long

Hi goulegit,

Open Messages app >> three dots at the top >> select Settings.

You should then see an option for MMS. Make sure the option to allow downloads is on.

You can also try clearing the cache of the Messages app.
