Having problems uploading videos and boomerangs to Instagram

Hey everyone! I can't upload videos or boomerangs to my Instagram story from my Note 8. Everytime I try it says "couldn't upload, try again." But no matter how many times I try I get the same result. Anyone having the same problem? How can I fix it?

That's odd, have you tried reinstalling Instagram?
