Today my fold 3 cell phone had a problem when trying to play, the screen of my cell phone was damaged and I don't know how it happened, I only heard a bubble inside and the screen was wrong, what can I do? is this included as a guarantee?

So that the service technician will examine the device and fix the issue for you.

If there is any physical/liquid damage to the device, then it is not covered under warranty.
