How to find the written/drawn gif message creator?

Hello,

It's been so long since I used it, that I can't remember how to find the gif creator that allows a user to write or draw a quick, time limited message. The gif message can then be sent via SMS and other means. I hope that you know what I mean. 

I used to enjoy using the sparkly chalk pen that came in different colours, when I used it. I can't find it now. I hope that it's still there.

Do you mean live message? I open it from Air Command using SPen.

Thank you for responding Tallman.I thought that was it, but when I opened it, the app showed my camera screen with the stated option of taking a photo. Because of your reply, I decided to open it again and this time, I saw that I could scroll sideways in order to find options other than the camera. It's a new layout from the last time that I used it, and it threw me off.

Does anyone here happen to know if there is a way to make the writing devices thinner in the "live messages" feature? The markers are so thick now. I didn't see a way to make them thinner, but I hope there is a way to do it.

I do miss the previous marker that made sparkling writing. But there are new, fun markers too.
