How to remove this Carrier Notice on s21+?

Hi,

I need help with removing this notification. This is somewhat annoying. Option to turn off device services is grayed out.

Try go to

Settings → Notifications

Under recently sent, or click more to expand. Find your carrier smart. Can you turn off from here?

This is the problem with all s21+ , people shouldn't have to turn off the notifications what if they send some important notifications in the future.
