Hey all, I love the look of Samsung Mail, I love that it is a true dark mode. I also love that how once you move an email to a folder it stays there unlike Gmail which seems to take two moves for it to stick. The one thing I can't seem to figure out though is that it never seems to grab new email. I almost have to wipe to close the app and re open it and then it seems to show the new emails coming in and sometimes doesn't even get an email that Gmail does get in the same account. Am I missing something here or is this a known issue that is out there. I appreciate any help or feedback in advance.

Just want to know which protocol you use for your Email. POP, ExchangeAS or IMAP?
As I know Exchange AtiveSync, default is set to Always Sync. For POP, you can set to PUSH. And IMAP you can set how many minute to do a sync.
Open Email app → click 3 bars on top left → click gear icon on top right → Click on your account
There is a setting for each account type to set their receive email preference.

Thanks for the reply...I went in and set them to auto when received but I will still find that a new email is showing in Gmail that Samsung hasn't even'delivered' yet... So I guess I should say it's not a matter of when I get it more so that it doesn't even show up... Unless I manually close the app, them restart it and voila, the new email shows up. Also, is there anyway to remove gmail completely from the phone or is it only disable??? Thanks again

Is it better to have it set to every 15 minutes type of thing or should it matter for consistency
