Incoming Text & Notifications Sounds Question

Is there a way to make Incoming Text Message different then other notification sounds.

Unless I am missing a setting both Incoming Text Messages and all other notification sounds (ex: YouTube, CNN,....) have the same sound. Which can be confusing.. because I tend to ignore them a little bit... so I end up missing a text message from somebody...

In the messaging app directly you have the three dots up top right, you have setting and then notification
