Ever since the last update (around 300 MB) that was like 2 weeks ago my phone hasn't been working properly. A week after the update my Notification Panel won't come down with my fingers (when the device is unlocked) but when I tried it with S-Pen it's working.
Then again (when I'm at my lockscreen, where we write password to unlock phone) I can pull down the Notification Panel with both my fingers and S-Pen. Since last 2 days I'm not even able to use the upper part of my phone (red area marked in the photo) which I can explain like: Where most of the search panel of apps are located.Or like right now as I am writing this issue there's a button up there "Post" that button isn't even working eith mu hands but it is eith S-Pen and that exact same area is working on lockscreen. So, I contacted the Live Chat service they asked me to reset setting I did it and it then worked like 15 minutes but after back it went back to not working. I tried it again but got no results. They then asked to me factory reset it which also didn't work. Can you guys please let me know if it is a bug? Or are you guys also facing the same issue? Or is there a way to solve it?
