How do I stop notifications from Samsung cloud stating "we couldn't connect to your Microsoft account"? I do not want to connect the two. I remove the message and it constantly keeps popping up every hour. Super irritating. Please advise. Thanks.

Try Settings > Notifications & Toggle OFF Microsoft Connect or Samsung Cloud, which ever is giving the Notification.

Hey thanks for your reply. Just checked my notification settings and the apps you mentioned were already toggled off. I've gone through my notification settings in the past and ensured I only have the essentials on (phone, messages, calendars, social media, etc.). I just noticed Samsung push notifications was toggled on and turned it off as well. Unfortunately, that did not resolve the problem. Any ideas on which particular app would push this notification? I've also recently noticed that I get this notification more frequently. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

If you're getting the Notification frequently, after you see the notification, go to Settings > Notifications & look at the most recent ones. One of them will be the app sending the notification. Click on them & Toggle OFF it's notification.

It's not an exact way to figure it out, but based on the information provided, my best guess.

So the notification seems to be from Samsung Cloud. The toggle is ON and greyed out so I can't turn it off. Any suggestions?
