Please try to reboot the device and check. Sometimes a simple reboot will fix the issues.
Also, To Adjust the time please follow the below steps:
Open Settings >> General management >> Date and time. To use network-provided values, ensure that the Automatic date and time is on.
To adjust manually, ensure that the Automatic date and time is off Switch off the icon then:
Tap Select time zone then select the appropriate time zone >> Tap Set date >> Set the date then tap Done. Tap Set time >> Set the time then tap Done.
