They took away the ability to just delete photos now they go to the trash again an you have to empty the trash 😬

And how is this a bad thing ? If you accidentally delete a photo, you can easily go to your trash and restore it. Also it was like that before Android 14.

It used to be optional you could choose I like when the junk is gone especially if ur on whatsapp

Yeah, it's the same as android 13. It's a good thing, though.

It is very much a good thing. The trash will auto-empty itself anyway. So💁

I agree but if android is "supposed to be freedom of choice" where is my choice to decide how I want it to operate these are "supposed to be" smart phones
