no option to change call background

Hey all

I have a note 20 ultra running One UI 3.1 however I do not have the option to set up call background. Does anyone else have this issue?

Yes, I do. On Note20U 5G, OneUI3.1. It was available since OneUI3.0.

P.S. I do factory reset my phone after OneUI 3.0 upgrade.
