Do you have a sim card?
If you do what carrier are you with? Example rogers tellus ect?
If you have a sim card and it's active u need to make sure your network settings are correct and you have your phone set to select network to auto and that your app settings are correct.
If you post who your with we can provide the network info. Or visit a carrier location for them to do it.

Thanks for all ur replies. It was my Sim card. It's been in my phone Note 20 Ultra for 6 months then it just stopped working yesterday. Put in a new Sim card and phone is working OK now.
