I have experienced that Camera was not opening and once I open it, it freezes the phone and Camera. I couldn't see anything in Camera. It goes all black. Did anyone found the same issue?

I have no problem open camera in my Note 10 Plus.
Please try the following.
Open Settings→ Apps→ Camera→ Storage
click clear data & clear cache
Reboot phone and try open camera again.
If you have upgrade to Android10, please go to recovery mode to do a wipe cache partition.
- shutdown your phone
- press and hold Vol. up and bixby button
- Release buttous when screen turns blue
- use Vol up and down to select Wipe Cache Partition
- Then reboot your phone
Try open camera again to see if problem still exist.
